What is the best free web design software for someone who has no experience?
I am looking to design a website for a possible job and I need to find a good free web designing software to help me. I have been trying with NetObjects Fusion, but it's not even coming close to what I need to do. Can anyone recommend a good free web design software for me? I have never done any web designing or HTML work so I need something easy to work with. Also, do you know of any web design software I could buy that is fairly inexpensive? Less than $200 Thanks.
What free web design software allows a website with individual member pages that they can update the info?
I wanted to build a website in which members can log certain pieces of information that they can retrieve when they log in, but not be available to all members, just the individual. Any thoughts?

Ive tried tons of downloads and as soon as they've installed they say this is a trial version ... but i don't want to have to pay i cant afford too. I just want a simple drag and drop software which gives me the code at the end of it like blue voda but obviously you have to pay at the end with blue voda to use the website you have created ive heard of google drag and drop but i cant find the download anywhere i hope someone can help me thanks

i need to make a simple web site for a school project, and i need a good free program, i remeber i used some netscape editor to make a website a few years ago but it was very outdatedand i would like a newer rogram. and please dont say use freewebs or something like that because i actually have to design this website myself.
