I want to pay for original custom web design work only no templates. Moreover, I don't want to pay more than $25 a month for hosting and maintanance afterwards but I would like the same professional to do this. To be perfectly clear, I would like a serious full time professional with a solid portfolio to do this. I need direct contact and personal attention. I have digital photos and brochures for the designer to draw from.Note I build homes, but this does not mean that I would like to be ripped for all I am worth. I had a local studio offer to do this for $12,000 and $300 a month afterwards for hosting and maintenance. I'd like to design my own layout in Photoshop and my own graphics in Illustrator. I need a site to promote and sell my own products so basically I'd need someone to string together some code to my layout, and set up the Paypal shopping cart thing.
